Free Group Exercise Classes: The Y offers many of your favorite group exercise classes FREE with membership. From yoga, cycling, kettle bell, cardio, toning, core, step, sculpt, and Y-Abs, as well as others, you can find the perfect class at the Y. Classes begin at 5:30 a.m. for early risers, and go into the evening for those who need to burn off steam after a long day.
Free Health and Wellness Consultation: Meet with one of our trainers to discuss your health and wellness goals and receive recommendations on work out strategies, an introduction to our fitness equipment and answers to any questions you have about the Y, your membership or fitness.
Child Watch Room: We'll watch the kids while you work out!

Indoor Pool, Basketball court, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Indoor Walking Track above the pool and other great amenities.
Personal Training: Whether you want to lose weight or tone up, get in shape for a vacation or train for an athletic event, Y personal training will get you results. Each new membership offers an appointment for up to one hour with a personal trainer by appointment.

The Twin Pike Family YMCA participates in Nationwide Membership. Nationwide Membership enables Y members, who belong to a full facility Y, to visit any participating full facility YMCAs in the United States and Puerto Rico through membership, at no additional cost. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We know that you will find great value in your Y membership, however should you decide to cancel for any reason, if you terminate before the 10th of the month, your membership will expire at the end of the month. If you terminate your membership on the 10th of the month or after, your membership will end at the end of the following month.
What is the cost of membership?
Membership cost varies by membership type. Please contact us to set up a tour and learn more about membership pricing.
How do I pay for my Y membership?
Your membership will be drafted from your bank account on the 1st of the month. Annual & Semi-Annual options are available with a check or cash payment. We now accept MasterCard and Visa. There is a 1.00 convenience fee per transaction for using a credit card.
Is online registration available for membership?
We are now accepting online registration for memberships. Scroll to the top of this page to access the JOIN THE YMCA button. You can also download the application below and bring it into the facility to get signed up for membership.

Does the Y offer financial assistance for membership and programs?
The Y is committed to ensuring that everybody has access to the Y and its program, regardless of ability to pay. The Twin Pike Family Y is committed to ensuring that everyone who wants to be a part of the Y has the opportunity, regardless of the ability to pay. Financial assistance is available for membership or programs to those who qualify. Financial scholarships are available thanks to the generous support of those who give to our Annual Campaign. Is there someone who can show me how to use the machines or give me workout advice?
Each membership comes with the benefit of a gym orientation and one personal trainer session by appointment only. Contact our Member Services Staff to schedule an appointment with one of our personal trainers.
What can my kids do at the Y?
There are many youth programs available to help your child learn, grow and thrive. From sports to gymnastics to leadership programs, you can find an enriching program for your children at any age.

Do you offer child care while I work out?
The Twin Pike Family YMCA has a child watch room that is staffed by YMCA volunteers and staff who will undergo a thorough background check and training on child abuse and neglect.
Children ages 3-10 are allowed in the Child Watch Services. If a child has special needs or has an unusual circumstance requiring child watch beyond that age will require a one on one meeting with the Membership Director.
· Use of the Child Watch area is free for Single Parent Family and Household memberships.
· Reservations are made in one-hour increments. Reservations must be made no later than the day before the reservation.
· Volunteers/staff will not take children to the restroom, change diapers or feed children. These facilities are not available in the new Child Watch room. Parents will be notified if their child needs assistance.
· Only capped or sealed water bottles or sippy cups are allowed. Snack crackers or dry cereal allowed, parents must attend to messes before leaving.

Do you have programs for seniors?
We have a number of programs for active older adults, ranging from group exercise classes tailored to the needs of seniors, social groups and volunteer opportunities. The Y is an ideal place for older adults to keep moving and stay healthy, while being involved in their community.
Is the Y a charitable organization?
The Twin Pike Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service with a 501(c)3 charitable designation. All donations made to the Twin Pike Family YMCA are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. When you donate to the Y, you are ensuring that your neighbors have access to financial assistance for membership, child care, summer camp and more!
